
The National Indoor Arena is one of the busiest indoor sporting and entertainment venues in Europe. Since opening in 1991, it has welcomed visitors to enjoy a variety of indoor sports and other entertainment and music. The NIA has played host to artists such as Prince, Oasis, Coldplay and Destiny's Child. Sir Cliff Richard is a regular at the arena, having performed there a total of 50 times.
Other forms of entertainment that have been performed at the venue include: the Disney On Ice shows, The Lord Of The Dance, Cirque Du Soleil and La Traviata.
